Gemtree Wines are trailblazers of Organic viticulture in McLaren Vale. By respecting and nurturing their land, they harvest high quality, flavourful grapes each and every vintage from vineyards farmed with care. During this 4 course menu paired with Gemtree wines, we will learn not just about their wines but about Organic and Biodynamic methodology and sustainability, treading lightly on the planet.
