This workshop will unpack what an experience is and outline the types of experiences that visitors to the region are seeking. Explore travel trends and unpack the customer journey to identify ways at each part you can refine your tourism experience.

This workshop is for businesses who are looking to create an experience or those that already have an experience that are looking to refine it. We will work through mapping out the experience that you could create and/or identify areas that you could improve your existing experience.
