This course assists supervisors and managers who are responsible for the collection of gaming data and reporting thereof.

Learn how to:

• ·Retrieve data from gaming machine and system using retrieval system according to legislative requirements and organisational procedures.
• ·Record data using correct methods and terminology according to legislative requirements and organisational procedures.
• ·Analyse data according to legislative requirements and organisational procedures
• ·Perform cash flow analysis according to the correct mathematical equation, including analysis of metered information and cash data.
• ·Identify variances and determine possible causes.
• ·Prepare reports and present them to the appropriate person.
• ·Minimise waste in preparing reports.

Duration Two Days

Participants will receive a Certificate of Attendance on successful completion of course requirements.
