AMA (NSW) Practice Managers' Masterclass in Canberra

AMA (NSW) and AMA (ACT) are pleased to present the AMA (NSW) Practice Managers’ Masterclass in Canberra on Friday 9 September, 2022 and we invite you to join us.

It’s been a tough couple of years for private medical practices. From bush fires, floods, a pandemic – everyone is looking for a re-set as we find our ‘new normal’.

The Practice Managers’ Masterclass provides Practice Managers the opportunity to enhance their practical knowledge to help them in their role of running a successful and efficient medical practice whilst building connections with other Practice Managers.

The AMA (NSW) Workplace Relations Team will be presenting on tips and tricks for recruiting staff, managing performance, managing terminations and unfair dismissal claims, difficult conversations with staff and patients, billing, and medico-legal risk management.

After the event there will be casual drinks at Hotel Realm in Barton.
