You will also receive an introduction to core leadership skills.

- Create a strong, positive first impression and maintain that impression as you build a relationship with others

- Develop key leadership skills, including techniques for coaching, motivating, and delivering feedback

Payment for the course must be received before a participant commences study and is non-refundable once course commences. A 10% administration fee will be deducted for any cancellation up to 14 days prior to the commencement of the training course.A 50% administration fee will apply for any cancellation received 7 to 13 days prior to the commencement of the training course.

NO REFUND will be issued for any cancellation within 7 days prior to the commencement of the training course.Cancellation of the course by The Persuader will result in full refund of course fees.

All cancellations must be advised in writing.
