Event Details

A 6 week journey of Mindfulness and Self Compassion.

In this 6 week immersion you will be guided through Mindfulness based theory and practice to support you to find greater presence, reduce the experience of stress, anxiety and depression and find greater acceptance, openness, compassion and inner peace.

Course Structure:

  • 6 x 1.5hr hour LIVE ZOOM sessions incorporating theory, practice, discussion, meditation.
  • Commences Tuesday 17th August until Tuesday 21st September, 2021
  • Live Zoom sessions Tuesday evenings 7:30pm - 9pm
  • Home practices and guided meditations to support your integration of Mindfulness into everyday life
  • Weekly yoga session on a relevant theme for the week. Pre recorded video.

  • Exploring the nature of the mind and awareness
  • Cultivating qualities of curiosity, openness and acceptance
  • Finding freedom from old, unhelpful mental habits
  • Connection with the body
  • Working with difficult thoughts and feelings
  • Self Acceptance and Self Compassion
  • Developing a loving relationship with yourself and others
  • Movement awareness
  • Connection to nature
  • Exploring stillness and spaciousness within

Investment:

$330 (includes booking fee).

Medicare rebates of $22.55 ($135.30 in total) available for those on a MHCP.
