This event is a great opportunity for members and guests to welcome new recipients of honours and awards in the Order of Australia from the Australia Day 2021 list, and share fellowship with existing members in the ambience of the Commonwealth Club.

• your post nominals immediately after your last name;
• full details of your guests for COVID-19 tracing purposes; and
• any special dietary requirements (if none, there is no requirement to fill this box).

Registration will close at midnight on Thursday 20 May.

The dress for this event is Lounge Suit/Business Attire with large medals.

We will be adopting the Commonwealth Club's social distancing and other COVID-19 control measures for this event. This may include temperature checking on arrival. For your safety, and the safety of all, please observe all such requirements.

Ticket price includes optional glass of champagne on arrival, pastry, sliced fruit, hot breakfast, tea & coffee, GST and Sticky Tickets fees (price may vary slightly depending on payment method chosen).
