Our teams are diverse and remote. They want to contribute to and experience success. Their labels are different - staff, contractor, virtual assistant, vendor, family member - and so are their skills, behaviours and expectations.

The Lead your Team workshop will provide you with the process and tools to lead with confidence and have your team committed to getting the work done.

In this workshop you will:

• define your leadership style

• analyse your team roles and strengths

• design the vibe (culture) that represents your business values

• create a team communication plan

• commit to your own self care plan

This is an interactive hands on workshop and seats are limited to 10.

Upon booking you will receive an email on how to join the virtual workshop and instructions on how best to prepare for the day.

Although catering is not included we will have breaks to stretch our legs and grab something from your kitchen.

About your event host and facilitator

Jeanette Cremor (JC) brings over 20 years of strategic planning, project management and operational analysis experience to her events.

She is interactive with her guests and provides practical lessons to learn, link and leverage who you are and what you want to achieve.

She believes business projects are the change vehicles for convenience, consistency and connection in the digital world - we must simplify to amplify.

JC is the creator of The Project Ecosystem ® a planning and implementation framework and helps teams (2-200 staff) get clear on priorities, overcome challenges, improve processes, implement systems and be better people leaders.
