Looking to grow and retain volunteers at your club? This interactive workshop, facilitated by Vicsport, will assist in doing just that by focusing on developing a culture at club-land with the right behaviours and emotional intelligence to attract and retain good people within your club.

Volunteers are the life blood of our clubs, and we know that we need to do more now, more than ever, to provide an environment that encourages the best from people.

At the end of this workshop, clubs will have a greater understanding of the emotions they want their volunteers to feel, and those they don't want them to feel, and will also have the tools to encourage and develop a positive club culture based on this knowledge. 

This session is the first in a two part series and clubs will be invited to take part in session 2 in July, should they wish to extend their learning in this area.
