Restore by Kijovy - Saturday 6 November 2-7pm

A soul-care retreat for women to restore calm and balance.

Join our half-day women only retreat to create space just for you. Move out of the clutter of your mind, away from responsibilities, and deeply relax into your body for a true wellbeing experience. Our focus will be on:

·reducing stress and anxiety

·connecting deeper into your body and soul

·bringing more clarity and balance into your life

·disengaging from negative thought patterns

·releasing suppressed emotions

·reinvigorating your energy for life

Our aim is to make you feel supported, safe and nourished from the moment you step into the beautiful Heart of Rest studio, restoring balance, feeling refreshed and reinvigorated when you leave. Our half day retreat includes yoga, therapeutic yin, meditation and breathwork, as well as  chakra sound healing complemented by individual Indian head massages.

Margaret River Uniquely Balanced "Align" Cacao drink, herbal teas and a healthy, nourishing vegetarian grazing platter will be provided to complete the retreat.
