Hope UC Christmas Degustation dinner at Tynan Wines

The meal will again be prepared by our wonderful caterers, Delectable Delicacies (Gill & Mario). The ticket price includes:: 

• Five courses 
• Welcoming glass of Tynan Wines award-winning Silver medal Sparkling Prosecco, and 
• a taste of Mark's recommended matching wine for each course; 
• additional wine available at cellar door prices by the glass or bottle. 

The dinner format is long table at our Salamander Bay Cellar Door, and tickets are limited to 28 people. Dress code is casual, and Christmas garb is encouraged!  Cost is $105/person + booking fee. Please inform us if there are any special dietary requirements within your group. We have non-alcoholic sparkling grape juice available for non-drinkers.  And let us know if you would like to sit with particular guests.
