WORKSHOP: HR Compliance

This free session is open to businesses located in the Penrith CBD and the Penrith Local Government Area. No more than two representatives per business, please.

If you’re engaging staff and/or contractors in your business (or intend to at some future stage), there’s a heap of “stuff” you need to know. This practical workshop covers the basics: Modern Awards, National Employment Standards, Employment Contracts and Letters of Offer, Payslips and Record Keeping, Unfair Dismissals and more. If you’ve ever asked yourself questions such as “What award are my staff under?”, “What do I pay them?”, “Do I need to give staff a payslip?” or “Is this person a contractor or an employee?”, this is the session for you.

All attendees will receive a copy of the 7-page HR Ready Reckoner from HR Success – a practical guide to help you understand and be better equipped to meet your obligations as an employer.
