Children's Holiday Art Workshop- Galaxy Magic

Galaxy Magic – Kids Art Workshop (Ages 6–10)

In this fun and engaging 2-hour workshop, children will explore their creativity as they design their own galaxy-themed artwork inspired by space, planets, stars, and imagination. Using canvas, paint, lights, glue, craft materials, markers, and paint pens, each child will create a unique artwork that lights up and can be proudly taken home.

The workshop encourages confidence, creative expression, problem-solving, sensory exploration, and imaginative play in a supportive environment. Children are guided step-by-step while still being encouraged to explore their own ideas and style. No experience is needed.

By the end of the session, your child will walk away with a completed illuminated artwork, a sense of achievement, and the joy of creating something magical.

What to Bring:

• Water bottle
• Light snack
• Clothes that can get messy

All materials provided: canvas, paint, glue, lights, batteries, craft supplies, markers, paint pens.

I am a qualified Arts Psychotherapist with a Bachelor of Arts Psychotherapy (IKON Institute of Australia).
I am a registered member of the:

• Australian Counselling Association (ACA)
• Psychotherapy and Counselling Federation of Australia (PACFA)

I specialise in working with children to support emotional wellbeing, confidence, and creative development. I also hold a First Aid Certificate, Working With Children Check, and National Police Check.
Alongside my therapeutic work, I have exhibited my own artwork and previously worked in several historical galleries and arts organisations in Melbourne.
