Event Details

'A laser printer is a very tool for a print maker'.

Participants will be shown how to make a negative from hand drawn or photographic images utilising a laser printer. These are applied to wood, lino or metal plates to aid cutting for printing. Transparencies for light sensitive media such as screens or gum bicromate prints will also be explored. Some computer work will be utilised using photoshop will be demonstrated.

Meals:
- Morning and afternoon tea is included in your ticket, BYO lunch.
- Sorry, dietary requirements cannot be catered for.

Materials that you will be required to supply for this workshop:
1. 1 pad Canson smooth watercolour paper (200 gsm or greater)
2. General purpose sketch pad
3. Notebook for recording recipes/instructions
4. General purpose drawing kit:
- pencils of various grades
- paint brushes of various sizes
- Stanley knife or similar
- masking tape.

All other materials supplied.

Refund Policy

No refund, Workshop tickets are non-refundable once purchased, however you may transfer your ticket to another attendee. Should the workshop be cancelled due to Covid-19 restrictions changing, a full refund will be offered.
