Details

The Venus Fly Trap is probably the most recognised carnivorous plant. No-one can fail to be amazed at seeing such a plant snap shut on a fly. A plant that moves and eats!

Incredibly, there are so many more carnivorous plants to see – in fact over 750 different species including the North American Trumpet Pitcher Plants, Sundews and more! Australia has the most diverse range of species in the world with over 180 different species.

The Australasian Carnivorous Plant Society Inc, will give an introduction to carnivorous plants explaining what makes them carnivorous and will take you through many plants on display.

Learn about how to care for these wonderful plants and purchase a selection of your favourites!
