Event Details

Micro Theatre is an independent short play festival where short plays are performed in alternative spaces in Newcastle. Doors open at 6.30pm for a 7.00pm show. The performance will run for approximately one hour.

Buy your tickets early as some shows do sell out and with the 2021 season we are required, by law, to maintain strict control of audience numbers. Tickets will not be sold at the door.

The four plays to be performed at The Base each night are:-

1. Echoes of the Sound of Music, written and directed by Karen Eastwod

2. Don't Feed the Lions, written by Karina Young and directed by Melody Thorburn

3. How's Anna, written and directed by Michael King

4. The Extraction Team, written by Sally Davies and directed by Jay Wood
