Note: this training is held over two sessions (21st & 28th April) and attendance at both is essential. It is strongly recommended that two people from your group/club attend this training.

This two-part Strategic Planning training will assist not-for-profit groups and clubs in Knox to draft a strategic plan and identify the organisation’s priorities and future directions as part of the strategic planning journey. These workshops will provide you with an increased focus on your vision and priorities in response to the ongoing changing environment, as well as ensuring your members are working towards the same goal. Now more than ever it’s important to have a clear plan for your future direction.

Learning Outcomes:

• Develop a draft strategic plan for your organisation including crafting a vision, mission, values and defining key priorities
• Prepare an Action Plan, with specific actions, accountability and dates to be delivered over the coming 1-2 years
