Decision Making Workshops

Event is a combination of interactive webinars with the presenter, Helen Lewis, and also one on one sessions with Helen.  Topics which will be covered are Managing holistically; how nature functions; current tools we use; review our decision making processes - why do we make the decisions we do; Where are you heading?; Describe where you want to go and develop an action plan on how to get there.

Structure of event is as follows:

1. Webinars

There will be initially 3 webinar sessions

• -Tuesday 13 April 2021 – 7pm to 9pm
• -Tuesday 20 April 2021 – 7pm to 9pm
• -Tuesday 27 April 2021 – 7pm to 9pm

2 .Face to Face Sessions – 1 hour per enterprise

Date: 5 May 2021 (afternoon) and 6 May 2021 (morning)

Location: Narrabri

3. Webinar – 13 May 2021

This will be 1 on 1 online session for 1 hour per enterprise

4. Face to Face Session – 2 hours per enterprise

Date: 19 May 2021 (afternoon) and 20 May 2021 (morning)
