We won't be throwing coloured powder over each other, but you will be showered in glorious sound that might well produce washes of colour in your inner consciousness as you drop into states of deep relaxation and bliss.

You need to bring everything to ensure you are completely cosy and comfortable as you will be laying down for an extended period of time - a mat, blanket or sleeping bag to lay on, a shawl or blanket to cover yourself during deep relaxation, cushions to support you, eye pillow to cover your eyes and water to drink ~ absolutely everything you need to be completely comfortable.
