Gift Voucher Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

   These terms and conditions apply to all gift vouchers issued by Sticky Tickets on behalf of event organisers. By purchasing or using a gift voucher, you agree to these terms and conditions.

2. Validity and Expiry

   1. All gift vouchers are valid for a minimum period of three years from the date of purchase, in compliance with Australian Consumer Law.
   2. The expiry date will be clearly displayed on the voucher.

3. Single Use Only

   Gift vouchers are single-use vouchers. The entire value of the voucher must be redeemed in one transaction. Any remaining balance will be forfeited and cannot be used for future purchases.

4. Redemption and Usage

   1. Gift vouchers can only be used to purchase tickets from the event organiser's page from which the voucher was issued.
   2. Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash.
   3. The voucher must be presented at the time of purchase.

5. Fees and Charges

   1. When a gift voucher is redeemed, our standard booking fees will apply to the tickets purchased with the voucher.
   2. All fees are included in the ticket price at the time of redemption.
   3. No fees are charged at the time of purchase of the gift voucher.

6. Unconsumed Funds

   Any unconsumed funds from a gift voucher will not be distributed to the organisers and will be forfeited.

7. Transferability

   If the event organiser’s business is sold, any outstanding gift vouchers will be transferred to the new business owner.

8. Display of Terms

   1. Organiser-specific gift voucher terms and conditions will be displayed at the time of purchase.
   2. A link to the Sticky Tickets Gift Voucher Terms and Conditions will be provided at the time of purchase.

9. Lost or Stolen Vouchers

   Sticky Tickets and the event organisers are not responsible for lost or stolen vouchers. Treat your voucher as cash.

10. Cancellation and Refunds

    Sticky Tickets and the event organisers are not responsible for lost or stolen vouchers. Treat your voucher as cash.

11. Lost or Stolen Vouchers

    Gift vouchers cannot be cancelled or refunded once purchased.

12. General

    Sticky Tickets reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon being posted on the Sticky Tickets website at www.stickytickets.com.au/gift-voucher.
