 About Ian Ugarte:

Ian has had many hats over the years. In all that he has done he has always been a teacher.

Originally from Sydney he now lives on the Sunshine Coast with his family which includes his wife Christine and four daughters Shaniah, Keely, Macy and Liora.

He is now in the position to be able to help others achieve success in property.

Ian and his wife Christine started as a student of Dymphna Boholt in late 2007. Their property portfolio went from negative $36,000 to income replacement within 13 months and they more than tripled their income within 18 months.
