• how to recognise and measure 7 major traits for improved communications, increased rapport and trust building
• to understand these traits in yourself
• recognise the traits in other people
• how to modify your communication to fit their preferred style of being spoken to

The program is a fully interactive, hands on experience. You’ll learn to read the 7 traits by profiling yourself, the other course attendees, and other people from photos.

By combining each person’s traits you will then learn how to understand their profile and how you would deliver a presentation to each person’s unique personality. With that knowledge you’ll also learn how to use that information to build rapport and lasting relationships.

Throughout the program we will incorporate the correct used of Body Language and Facial Expressions to enhance your outcomes.
