Art from the Heart Workshops are designed to support and inspire children to develop their creativity and self-confidence in an exciting and encouraging environment. Fusing the art of play and creating with traditional yoga, these classes offer a fun experience for children. Join two calm and creative facilitators for a morning of integrated art and yoga with fun breathing and stretching exercises to focus on being centered as well as messy creative mindful art to experience a well-rounded workshop.
