About Taste Immersion

Taste Immersion is unlike any other standard dining session but an event designed to savour the intensity of flavour and a chance to sample carefully crafted themed food selections catered by Tjanabi Restaurant professional head chef Greg Hampton. A special food presentation by Chef Ryan G whose experience comes from Melbourne’s popular restaurants.

For 2 hours, Taste Immersion will deliver a degustation menu like no other. Chef’s will produce tantalizing signature dishes that will allow you to savour its flavour. It all takes place at the fabulous Tjanabi Restaurant on the Saturday, 20th March and will be the ultimate dinner party experience.

SPECIAL NEWS: There will also live music and other entertainment at the show as it is in the period of Melbourne Food Festival and Melbourne Fashion Week (fall season).

These taste-sized signature dishes combined with entertainment on the night and the afterparty for social outings all for a good cause will cost $60 at the door.
