Frontline Leaders Learning Cafe 6 week intensive starting February 13, 2008 Parramatta 7:00 AM – 8:30 AM Cafe Conti (Upstairs) 2/26A Fennell St, North Parramatta

Frontline leadership has countless challenges. Typical frontline leaders questions may include:

  • How do I align the energy of my people to the objectives of the business?

  • What would it take to get me and my team better organised and more productive?

  • What are the skills and techniques for giving effective feedback feedback?

  • What difference does it make when we as leaders really listen? How is it done?

  • If asking the right question is hundreds of times more powerful than giving the right answer, what are the right questions and how do I ask them?

  • How can I make meetings work in my organisation and deliver the results intended?

  • What are the tools and techniques that assist groups through change?

  • What are the top 10 things I, as a leader, need to know to thrive and survive the next decade?

There is no 'best way' to lead in the frontline. The greatest challenge for every leader is to find our own style - our point of difference.

The Frontline Leaders Intensive , launched during Small Business September comprises 6 x 1.5 hr facilitated sessions run in a Learning Café format. You will have the opportunity to share the 'pain' and 'successes' of your leadership practice with others in the same boat as you.

The sessions employ a self directed learning approach supported by e-learning modules for each group session. Group sessions are practical, experiential, cut to the bare essentials with no lecturing and no PowerPoint. The content is dynamic, adapting to your needs. In each session you will learn and practice key use-now tools and skills.

This program is suitable for business owners and managers whether you have direct or indirect people related responsibilities.

Program Facilitator: Greg Jenkins is professional change facilitator and CEO of TinCAN Learning Company. He helps organisations of all sizes with innovation, change, strategy and leadership. Sessions will be lively, fun, thought provoking and guaranteed to be PowerPoint free zones. Be prepared to change.

What people say about the Frontline Leaders Intensive:
