Hicksons’ Workplace Relations partner, Sarah Jones will lead an interactive presentation providing practical tips on:
- How to detect, prevent and manage bullying, discrimination and harassment in the workplace;
- What to include in bullying and harassment policies;
- Your rights and responsibilities when managing employees' out-of-hours behaviour;
- How to deal with employee grievance complaints;
- Lessons to be learned from successful claims brought against employers;
- When and how to defend spurious claims; and
- How to avoid claims arising from performance management.
