Karen Coulson is an expert on Energy - that great to be alive feeling we all have (or had sometime!). As a businesswoman, entrepreneur, speaker as well as the busy mum of 6 children, including 2 sets of twins - Karen not only knows her topic - she lives it!

As a dietitian, she learnt that food is the main energy source for our bodies - but as she worked with clients she discovered that energy was really a barometer of where we were up to in life!

Today she will share her discoveries as she studied the key energy sources for creating success.

Karen's educational background includes both a Bachelor of Health Science - (Nutrition and Dietetics), a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology and Psychology, as well as a Diploma of Education.

In the business world, she has created 3 successful businesses from 'start up' one of which is now an international company and another a market leader. She has also coached and inspired many to become top achievers in their field as well as created a powerful program for achieving success using the keys of what she shares with you today.
