We all know sugar is a problem. But giving up sugar is actually easier than you thought. 

On Thursday 17th November, we will be supporting SUGAR BY HALF www.sugarbyhalf.com a movement to raise awareness and help reduce the global sugar consumption. Set up last year by Professor Peter Brukner and public health expert Mei Ling Doery, as the name suggests – there's no need to quit sugar completely, just do your best to halve your intake.
