I invite you to join me for my Winter Bayside Women's Circle.
Winter is a time where we turn inwards, yet the need for self care and connection remains strong.It is also a perfect time to come together in circle, and feel connected and uplifted in a warm and cozy environment.
The theme of the Winter Circle is Rest, and together we will spend some time in quiet meditation honouring our divine feminine listening to the beautiful new album 'Howl' by Sonescence.
