genXwomen Networking Breakfast

genXwomen is delighted to announce that it's first special guest speaker will be CEO of Harry M. Miller Groupm Lauren Miller Cilento.

Lauren is young, passionate and confident and like many generation x women, she manages a busy career and personal life and is faced with the challenges of inter-generational management.

As CEO Lauren Miller Cilento is responsible for the day-to-day operations and driving new business opportunities for the multi million dollar Harry M. Miller Group.

Lauren's career development began as a receptionist before moving into celebrity management. This role saw her move into the position of senior agent, procurement and development of the group's management of Big Brother housemates and Crisis Media Management.

In 2008 Lauren is leading the company's exclusive representation of the Herald Spokespeople in partnership with Fairfax media and is creating a new entity called Miller Creative Entertainment delivering new talent and brand driven content across all media.

It is forward thinking, communication and relationship management across generations that enables Lauren to facilitate The Harry M. Miller Group's expansion from traditional celebrity management into a media, entertainment and production powerhouse.

genXwomen is a dynamic organisation established to provide likeminded Hunter women with an additional way of building & establishing business alliances, gain knowledge and support career development. The group was established by Melanie Hamilton, Associate of leading accounting firm Taggart Partners and is assisted by a management group of local business women.
