Model Work Health and Safety Act –Are you prepared for the changes?

The Model Work Health and Safety Act commencing 1 January 2012 affects every business. There is no grace period for its implementation and businesses must have systems in place or be able to meet the new requirements  of the Act, Regulations and Codes of Practice.
