Event Details

The Model Work Health and Safety Act commencing 1 January 2012 affects every business. There is no grace period for its implementation and businesses must have systems in place or be able to meet the new requirements  of the Act, Regulations and Codes of Practice. 

A panel of experts has been assembled to explain the new terms AND responsibilities, to assist in preparing you ahead of these changes and assist in identifying any impacts on your insurances, in particular worker compensation.

If you are an employer, designer or supplier of plant or structures you need to understand your new responsibilities, if you employ contractors, under any commercial arrangement or utilise volunteers.
