Tiffany started POSHINC which specialised in trading coffee. In a bid to boost sales they made use of the Amazon sales platform. What they and most others don’t realise is that the Amazon platform is constantly changing requiring users to make sometimes large changes to continue trading.

The experience POSHINC gained through negotiating the complexities of the Amazon process for their own business, helped them realise that their biggest opportunity was to be had helping their own suppliers.

Tiffany will discuss how they help these clients and how the approach they take generates increased sales for their clients of 30% year in year out, which in turn has resulted in Word of Mouth becoming our biggest source of new clients.
