THE MINDFULNESS CLINIC, IN PARTNERSHIP WITH GOT YOUR BACK SISTA PRESENTS 

YOUR DEAR BODY with Charlotte Thaarup

Learn how to take care of your Dear Body and reduce stress in daily life with Charlotte’s life changing, powerful Mindful Eating practices.


As eating is a regular and necessary occurrence throughout your day, it is the perfect vehicle to introduce more mindfulness into your life easily and informally.


During this event Charlotte will teach you how to use Mindful Eating to slow down, feel calmer, reduce stress, find your ideal balance with weight, and end the torment of the diet binge cycle.

Time: 7:30am - 8:30am

Location: Got Your Back Sista Village HQ - 15 Elizabeth Street, Tighes Hill

Cost: $25 per person which includes a light breakfast + donation
