About Tubbys’ White Whales

Tubbys’ White Whales was established in 2009 to foster and promote the sustainability of the Coffs Harbour Surf Life Saving club. It was set up in honour of the late, Peter ‘Tubby’ Wallace, a life member of the Coffs Harbour and Torquay Surf Lifesaving clubs. Over the past 3 years, Tubbys’ has held many fundraising events and raising over $150,000.

Through the community and business support given to our annual Tubbys’ fundraising party, the Tubbys’ Trust has been able to provide funding assistance in the refurbishment of the surf lifesaving club gym and to the completion of the new surf lifesaving training rooms, with particular thanks to the generosity of the C.ex Group.
