Keeping the person in the plan - facilitate individualised plans - Completed

This one day training takes a person centred approach to developing an individualised plan. The training is aimed at staff with experience in the sector. The workshop will be delivered by Deb Pugh.

All assessment will be completed on the day.

This unit is a compulsory unit for CertIV HACC, Aged Care and Disability and contains the elements:

Establishing and maintaining appropriate client relationships

Providing information about the planning process

Facilitating the development of an individualised plan

Determining risks

Implementing and reviewing plans

Completing documentation

Lunch and morning tea will be provided.
