Lifeline's Accidental Counsellor Training 27/11/12 - Completed

Lifeline Newcastle & Hunter is offering a one-day Accidental Counsellor Training workshop designed to provide participants with basic skills to assist in their dealing with people in crisis or challenging situations—either on the phone or in person.

This training provides an opportunity to share experiences, learn practical coping strategies and refresh communication skills.
