During Women’s Health Week, Knox City Council will run a Breast Health information session facilitated by a McGrath Breast Care Nurse.

McGrath Breast Care Nurses offer medical expertise, clinical care and psychosocial support throughout a person’s breast cancer experience.

Join us to:

• increase your understanding of breast health
• learn about the importance of preventative care
• discover how to conduct routine breast care and checks
• enhance confidence in detecting changes
• increase awareness of the risk factors for breast cancer.

Time will be allocated at the end of the session for questions either in the group or privately.

Free resources and health products will be on offer and light refreshments will be served.
