Radio Laria with Tariro Mavondo and Bron Bateman

Radio Laria is ending 2023 on a high with very special features from Tariro Mavondo and Bron Bateman.  Tariro is a multi-disciplinary artist whose performance poetry is enthralling, powerful and totally unforgettable.  Bron is an award-winning poet visiting from Perth and we are delighted that she is featuring at Radio Laria.  We are also looking forward to the open mic (10 spots available, all genders welcome).

Doors open 7pm and the live poetry kicks off at 7:30.
Our venue Open Studio (204 High St, 3070) is a Northcote institution for culturally amazing gigs.
On the open mic poets, storytellers and writers of all kinds are encouraged to share their work. Sign up on the night and a 5 minute limit. The audience is very supportive and we welcome new readers.
