AMA (NSW) Practice Managers' Masterclass in Wagga Wagga

The AMA (NSW) Workplace Relations Team is looking forward to continuing to upskill and empower members by offering educational and networking events in 2023.

We’re pleased to present one of our most successful Workplace Relations events, the Practice Managers’ Masterclass, in Wagga Wagga on Friday November 17th, 2023.

The Practice Managers’ Masterclass provides Practice Managers the opportunity to enhance their practical knowledge to help them in their role of conducting a successful and efficient medical practice, whilst building connections with other Practice Managers.

Attendees at our Practice Managers’ Masterclass event this past year have all appreciated the experience of coming together to build and re-establish networks and foster relationships, especially after a number of challenging years.

The AMA (NSW) Workplace Relations Team will be presenting on tips and tricks for recruiting staff, managing performance, managing terminations and unfair dismissal claims, difficult conversations with staff and patients, billing, and medico-legal risk management.
