Please join us for our June networking dinner featuring Elayne Verner, Organisational Development Specialist with Steople Pty Ltd. Elayne also runs business acumen and women's programs for the Lighthouse Group and also heads up her own business, Peak People Development.

Elayne has extensive senior-level global experience across a broad range of companies and industries. These diverse experiences give Elayne a deep appreciation of organisational challenges and opportunities, enabling her to understand and deliver high-impact people solutions. 

With a Masters of Management and multiple accreditations, her experience covers general management, leadership and career development, organisational culture and wellbeing. Elayne brings a focus on strategic solutions coupled with expert facilitation and coaching skills. 

Elayne is highly passionate about advancing female leaders through building stronger capabilities in business acumen, leadership and maximising the potential of young and emerging talent. At this workshop-style event, Elayne will guide our Members and guests through: 

• What’s missing in the career advice for women?
• Tips on how to boost your business acumen, by thinking like a CEO (introduction to the 5 Key Business Drivers™);
• Learn ways to cultivate a positive and resilient mindset, by overcoming your own ‘thinking traps’.

Ticket price includes a 2-course dinner and drink on arrival at our host venue, Noah's on the Beach.
