Our Annual Farmer Expo and Award Dinner - indulge in a mouth watering locally sourced dinner.
Come to meet and support our amazing local farmers and producers. Then stay to enjoy an outstanding local produce dinner created by the dedicated staff at Park and Cove Restaurant.
The local producers expo and award ceremony starts at 5 pm. Then dinner starts at 6pm.
The bespoke dinner includes a beverage with dinner supplied by Amrita Park Meadery.
As head of the Park and Cove kitchen, Andy Wilcox will be sourcing the freshest local produce available. Although availability of local produce can change daily so things can change, Andy has planned for the menu below. Food service will be 'alternate drop'.
Please ensure you let us know if you have any dietary requirements not already catered for in this menu.
Entrée (Alternate Drop)
Noosa Reds ox-heart tomato, pangrattato, chilli macadamias, herbs, grilled zucchini with aged balsamic on a bed of stracciatella cheese; or
Coconut Forage Farm chicken larb, with a green goddess salad including pomelo, snow pea and mint.
Main (Alternate Drop)
Piggy in the Middle pork belly, peach, sour lemon, carrot puree, fennel and apple slaw; or
Eastwell Farm beef rump cap, oyster mushroom, black garlic, crispy potatoes and red vein sorrel.
Sticky pineapple tamarind pudding, vanilla chantilly and Suncoast Lime caramel; or
Daintree chocolate melting moment and milk sorbet with caramel.
Refunds up to 4 days before the event, The producers and restaurant commits to gather supplies for the dinner at least 4 days before the event so a cost is incurred at this point.
