The Australian Institute of Office Professionals (AIOP) is once again hosting the annual Office Professionals' Day Breakfast. It is a time to recognise and celebrate the achievements and contributions of all office professionals. We will also announce the winners of our Office Professional and Young Office of the Year awards. We invite you to come along and enjoy a fantastic morning of networking and celebrations. Our guest speaker is Mara Bun, CEO of Green Cross Australia. Green Cross Australia helps people adapt to our changing climate, catalysing business, research and community partnerships that empower the community to take practical actions that advance sustainability and security. Green Cross excels in digital communications through interactive platforms that reach diverse audiences using advanced social media applications. Its primary school environmental education program ‘Green Lane Diary’ has inspired 78,000 students around Australia since 2010. Green Cross Australia’s new social venture www.everyrooftop.org.au offers households and businesses a way to go solar with no money upfront, while reducing electricity bills. The program promotes solar leasing through a peer-to-peer network, building on a successful US model plus an Aussie twist.
