5. Albert Waldron, Partner, Chan & Naylor Finance
Albert has held various roles within the finance industry over the last 12 years, including that of Operations Manager within a large mortgage manager. It was this role that saw him overseeing various mortgage brokers, credit teams assessing loan applications and an arrears management team.
