Ms Frances Martin, Vodafone National General Manager for Business

Following six years in the freight industry, Frances Martin joined Vodafone in 1994 as a Corporate Account Manager and has been regularly promoted during her tenure at Vodafone, where she is now the National General Manager for Business after being the Vodafone’s NSW General Manager.

Frances’ excellence in people management was recognised with her being short listed People Manager of the Year as part of the 2008 Australian Human Resources Institute (AHRI) Awards for Excellence.

Mr Kevin Young, CEO of Hunter Water

Kevin is currently the Managing Director at Hunter Water Corporation which is a water and wastewater utility serving 500,000 persons in the lower Hunter on the east coast of Australia. He has a degree with honours in engineering and a Master of Business Administration. Kevin is a Fellow of the Institution of Engineers Australia and a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. Kevin is currently a Board Member of the Water Services Association of Australia and Chairman of its Asset Management Committee.
