Course Description:
Supervisors have an important role in identifying and remediating problems of professional competence in their supervisees. This workshop focuses on how the initial negotiation of a competency-based supervision plan may be used to help to prevent the development of such problems, and teaches evidence-based strategies for the management of such problems in the range of supervision contexts.
Please Note: In order to participate with the day’s activities please bring along a smartphone, tablet or laptop as we use an online class space as part of the course.

All Board approved supervisors.

Cancellations and refunds:
There is a minimum number of registrations required for this master class to run. You will be notified 1 month in advance if this number is not reached, and offered the opportunity to register for an alternative master class.
Should you need to cancel a booking, the refund terms are as follows:
•If cancelled more than 10 days before the start date a full refund will be given
•If cancelled between 10 and 2 days before, 75% refund will be given
•If less than 2 days before, no refund will be given
Cancellations are to be sent in writing. Refunds will be processed within 15 working days from the date written notification of cancellation is received. ACAP reserves the right to cancel, postpone or re-schedule a short course if circumstances necessitate and a full refund will be issued to participants in these circumstances. Prices for short courses are Goods and Services Tax (GST) inclusive.
