At this session you will:

•Identify the purpose of developing your Business Plan, and adopt a model to assist in the planning process

•Complete a clear outline of your Business Plan, 'kick-starting' the process

•Perform a SWOT analysis on your business and identify possible risks and possibilities, enabling you to develop a strategic planning process

•Develop a set of strategic and operational goals and a long term vision and mission for your business

•Be inspired by interacting with other like-minded, aspiring entrepreneurs

As one of the many resources available through the Business Enterprise Centre’s, this workshop will equip you with the tools to progress to the next level in researching, evaluating, and developing your business idea, creating a clear outline for your Business Plan.

Viewed as part of your business self-study curriculum or as a stand-alone workshop, we know you will both enjoy and be enriched through this workshop.

Who Should attend:

Anyone who is starting a new business, has attended the workshop on business start -up, or anyone who has been in business less than two years and would like to re-visit their business plan..

As with all events offered by the BEC this workshop provides an opportunity to network so, remember to bring your business cards.

The Presenter - Rosemary Spiteri

Rosemary has been in business for most of fifteen years, with a break working as a trainer and Senior Education Officer for TAFE NSW and as a manager for a co-operative. As a business owner, Rosemary started off as a remedial therapist and soon established a highly successful day spa at The Carrington Hotel in the Blue Mountains. Rosemary has been a senior education officer for TAFE NSW. Rosemary has been closely involved in delivering training for the NEIS program and as a mentor and business advisor. Rosemary holds qualifications in Business Management, Training and Assessment, Remedial Therapies and Anatomy and Physiology.
