The George Doukas Ensemble once again presents the Rembetika at Camelot Lounge. This show will explore the ties between what is now known as Rembetika (or Greek Blues) with the music and sounds of Asia Minor (Smyrnaika) in the early 20th century. Come on a journey with the ensemble and discover the music and sounds which helped define Greek culture in the 20th century.

The ensemble is George Doukas (Vocal, Guitar, Tzoura), Irene Vacondios (Vocal, percussion), Jim Gianissis (violin. Vocal), George Xenikis (Guitar), Nathan Pylarinos (Bouzouki, Tzoura), & Christina Bacchiella (Percussion) and special guest - Tassoula Kanellou
