The annual ASA Australia Chapter Equipment Conference is being held on Thursday, 12 May 2022, at Rydges Newcastle, in a hybrid fashion (virtual and in-person) for the first time since the start of the Covid pandemic.  This one day conference is open to ASA members as well as non-members interested in the valuation/appraisal profession in Australia. The conference topics include presentations on cranes from Red Global; car fleets by sfFleet; valuation market update by Pickles Auctions; and other topics such as batteries, mining equipment, batteries, storage & retrieval systems, business valuation and IVSC/USPAP reports. The schedule remains flexible due to the pandemic and is subject to change.

The cost of registration includes the break refreshments, lunch and the conference dinner for those attending to increase the networking opportunities.  Travel and accommodation is not included.

The ASA has scheduled a virtual 7-hour USPAP virtual course for Wednesday, 11 May 2022.  This course is a separate event and registration.  However, the ASA Chapter has organised the Rydges conference facility to be available on the Wednesday, along with technical support, for those members wishing to undertake the USPAP course in a collaborative manner with fellow course participants.
