Join us for a fun evening of frivolity, excellent gourmet food and the exciting presence of Dr Sarah Mott who will steer us through a Q& A panel Presentation

Guest interviewer, Dr. Sarah Mott will interview a panel of four local women who work in business.  They will discuss the challenges they have faced to get to where they are in their stage of career and the strategies they have used to balance a career and lifestyle at the difference stages of their lives.

Panel guests are:

Barbara Beal; pharmacist and manager of UFS chemist Mt.Gambier since 2008

Stacey Bradley, UniSA PHD student Bach Man, University Lecturer

Racheal Alexander, young entrepreneur, started 2 business, beef cattle and organic apple juice

Jan Newport, currently works for Department of Environment, but previous worked in forestry and education.

Our hosts Vanilla Bean have been trading since June 2006 operating as a family business. They respond to current trends regularly updating their menu and up skilling staff. They focus on using quality products, and providing exceptional service. They are customer focused with long-term regular customers. They support local suppliers by purchasing local produce and encourage customers, both locals and tourists to feel welcome and socialize at their premises.

Chocolate Risotto with fresh raspberries

Greek Egg custard parcels
