Enhancing Self Image and Self Love with Elaine Gentles

The first in a series of sensitive, nurturing and self empowering workshops.

This is an invitation for women who would enjoy establishing a new healthy, whole relationship within themselves.

A beautiful, nurturing, supportive, safe space will be created for us to honour our own wonderful bodies. Acknowledging them for all that we have put them through in our life to date.

During this fully clothed workshop we will highlight our own negative self talk and the impact it has on our life. Share our personal stories and participate in specific healing exercises designed to create and embrace a new appreciation of our individual and unique Feminine form.

I have personally explored these topics on my journey. I am now committed to loving and appreciating myself and enjoy the benefits of health, exercise, emotional, physical, mental and spiritual wellbeing, mostly.
